3. What Happens Next?

4. Counter-Notice
If you believe that your content was removed in error or by mistake, you can send us a counter-notice. This notice must include:

- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the content was wrongly removed
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the United States District Court for your area
